The Academic Program is available to educational institutions and groups of educational
institutions, such as:
- Public or private universities, colleges, community colleges, and junior colleges
- School districts, administrative offices and boards of education that purchase for
the preceding schools

you must have e-mail address with .edu extension in the domain.
